Our family – 10 of us - recently went out to dinner at a local restaurant. It was fairly new so we thought we give it a try. It was a busy night at the restaurant and they squeezed tables together, which made it almost impossible to walk between them. I had my back to the table nearest us and a waitress was trying to get between us and the long table behind me with a tray of food. She tipped her serving tray and dropped food down the back opening of my dress. Needless to say, it startled me. She did not realize she did it so my father shared with her what had happened – in a very clam manner. She glared back at us and said sarcastically, “Did I do it on purpose?!” The manager came out, made a half-hearted apology and offered to take $4 off our bill for dry cleaning. Needless to say, we will not go back if their service doesn’t improve. I am sending you their contact information in a separate email. I really hope you can help them sometime in the future. Thanks for allowing me to share. A. E. – Bloomington, Illinois
