CIL_NCSA Social Event at Sheedy Shores Winery is a Huge Splash!

Members of the Central Illinois Chapter of the National Customer Service Association hosted a summer social at Sheedy Shores Winery on Thursday, August 3rd. The Winery was open exclusively to the Central Illinois Chapter of the NCSA and well over 100 members and guests were in attendance.

Excellent acoustic entertainment was provided by Max Fessler and the delicious food was prepared by Hy-Vee. This was a great networking event for the several businesses represented. Attendees were given the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who care about great customer service experiences and discuss best practices.

Jeff Berg (Board Member) provided insight into the correlation of the customer experience and tourism in Central Illinois. Jeff also shared more insight into the Chapter’s plans for National Customer Service Week and the Chapter’s Annual Keynote event offered by Manley Feinberg of Vertical Lessons in October at the Prairie Heart Institute’s Dove Conference Center.
