The National Customer Service Association is pleased to announce the affiliation of three additional local Chapter organizations. The Central Illinois Chapter, Central Iowa Chapter and the New York Metro Chapter have officially joined forces with the National Customer Service Association.
"We are very excited to have their Chapters join NCSA. Our joint efforts will elevate the discipline of Customer Service both locally and nationally. We look forward to working with these Chapters now and in the coming years," noted Bill Crutcher, President of NCSA. "We are extremely pleased to expand our local presence with individuals that are dedicated to putting customers first."
Central Illinois Chapter President Steve Peralta shared "We are excited in the formation of the CIL-NCSA Chapter. Central Illinois represents a strong and talented job market. We are confident that by offering business networking opportunities for CIL-NCSA members we will not only create an awareness of the importance of customer service, but in turn will also enhance our economic environment in our community!" Central Illinois is very fortunate to have Steve and his organization leading the way in service excellence.

Central Iowa Chapter Theresa Schmidt added "After much searching for an association to align our membership with, it was a simple decision to join NCSA. We appreciate all NCSA has to offer and we look forward to our future together."

New York Metro Chapter President, Reginald Baron, stated "I discovered NCSA in 2014 as I was in search of a professional organization that focused on outstanding customer service and all aspects that were related to the delivery of outstanding customer service. I researched online and immediately discovered NCSA. After reviewing the website and understanding NCSA's mission of "Customer First" philosophy I applied for membership." That NCSA Membership quickly moved to the formation of the New York Metro Chapter of the National Customer Service Association.
