DCSP® Exam Retake Policy

There is no minimum waiting period before you may retake the exam.
There is no limit to the number of times you may retake the exam.
We recommend you take ample time to review Maximizing Customer Loyalty before retaking the exam. Candidates who have familiarized themselves with the study guide should not have great difficulty in successfully passing the exam.
Register for the retake exam:
- Individuals—log in to your NCSA account, then click "Retake DCSP exam" in the DCSP area of your account dashboard.
- Group administrators—log in with your email address used for group enrollment and your exam Group ID.
