Highlighting Sebastian at Vibrant Care Rehabilitation
Last year, I underwent surgery to repair a rotator cuff tear. I've spent the past year rehabilitating. Unfortunately, I had a car accident a few weeks ago. Because I've experienced some soreness in my shoulder, I have to do a few physical therapy sessions.
Today, I met Sebastian at Vibrant Care, who has been in this field for over 25 years. He was so personable, friendly, and funny. No one would have known I met him for the first time today. He shared some of his history and how he entered the PT field. When he started working on me, my arm was quite stiff. I don't know what he did, but it felt so much better when I left.
After my sessions, I walked out to my car and had to turn around and go back to ask if I could share my experience today. HE HUGGED ME when I told him I was capturing excellent customer service experiences and sharing them on social media. He was very uncomfortable with being in the spotlight because he said his actions were not about him but about his clients. His response further confirmed my point in doing this. People like Sebastian don't always get attention, but they are making an enormous impact that should be highlighted.
I see you, Sebastian! The way he served touched, moved, and inspired me today!
