National Customer Service Week Celebrations

October 3–7, 2022

National Customer Service Week is the time of year to honor and recognize all of our customer service heroes. Here are some of the fun ways organizations celebrated this year!

We invite you to share stories and pictures of your organization's 2022 National Customer Service Week celebrations with us at info@nationalcsa.com.

CareerSource Goes All Out to Show Appreciation for Their Staff

"We had an amazing week! We were able to meet face to face on Friday at one of our centers. Prior to Friday, the workspaces at home were decorated, and our operations manager, Annmarie, gave prizes as well for being creative, efforts, etc. Annmarie had some guessing games and riddles, and gift cards were given to the winners. Annmarie also took us to lunch and it was yummy!

"We posted the NCSA Service Reminders on the walls as well as the review questions. We were given meaningful and sincere Thank You cards by Annmarie and the vice president of information technology which were not even expected, and of course it made us feel appreciated! We also received Certificates of Appreciation!

"Thank you for allowing us to celebrate the amazing job we all do. Customer service rocks!"

NCSA Central Florida Chapter Hosts Their Annual Circle of Excellence Awards

It was a small but enthusiastic turnout for the 2022 Circle of Excellence Award Ceremony. Those attending in person were treated to a hearty breakfast, along with postcard perfect views of downtown Orlando from the perch of the Citrus Club, while those joining remotely enjoyed every bit of the action through the wonders of technology (thank you, Zoom!). The event kicked off with welcoming comments from our chapter president and national NCSA COO, Wes Tindal, and then our emcee, Holly Fairies, introduced the 13 nominees. Since its inception in 2006, the Circle of Excellence has celebrated 504 of the “very best call center agents in Central Florida.” Next, head judge Gordon Schleffer took to the mic to announce the highly anticipated Diamond Award Winners. As is custom, the morning wrapped with convivial celebrations and plenty of photos.

Congratulations again to all of this year’s nominees!
