Always great to see everyone at these NCSA virtual sessions! A special thanks to Marie Green, a holistic health coach and essential oil educator from Katy, TX, who offered several recommendations to help us manage stress and anxiety in the workplace. Marie covered topics from eating a healthy diet (organic, local, grass-fed, unprocessed, find a CSA!), getting regular exercise (do something you enjoy!), using essential oils (invest in quality products!), practicing meditation (guided or simple breath work), eliminating toxins (from cleaning to beauty products), etc. Both AM and PM sessions were engaging and informative!
