Kristen HodgesModerator: Kristen Hodges is an operations and sales executive with 10+ years of leadership experience, and excels in service focused and goal oriented environments. She worked in higher education and career services for 16 years but recently made a career transition into the world of recruiting. She now works with Swoon, a technology and professional services firm, with the goal to continue to partner with organizations to align talent and identify resources to enhance overall service and operations.
Dan DusterDan Duster is a motivational speaker and success coach. He is known as Dan Duster the Barrier Buster – helping people Obliterate Obstacles on their Path to Prosperity! He influences people across the nation by showing them how to develop their leadership skills, communicate effectively and realize their potential. Dan is the author of Peaceful Selling, a book that shows entrepreneurs how to structure their sales process and grow their sales. He also developed a program called METRICS for Success to help small business owners, operate more efficiently, dramatically increase revenue and successfully transition out of the business.
Moria OConnorMoira O'Connor is an attorney who currently serves as the Director of Operations for SMG at Soldier Field. Having started her career with SMG as a facility manager at a local ice rink, she worked her way up and currently manages a 16 million dollar budget, a 3 million dollar capital budget and 36 full time employees, hundreds more on a given event day. As a Chicago native and the youngest of 5 children, Moira grew up on the north side of the city, attended college at Minnesota State and Law School at John Marshall.
David LeonardisIf there is one thing that stands out about David Leonardis is his unabashed love for art and for sharing that love with everyone that crosses his path. He is not only an art lover, art collector, art curator, art dealer, contemporary folk art museum owner, and artist, but also a successful business man, a television host, a pop culture icon, and a Chicago treasure who has single-handedly changed thousands of peoples lives with the knowledge that art helps build cognitive development, increases your empathy, health, identity, social standing and it looks great in your house.
Eva PenarEva Penar is the Chief Content and Communications Officer for the Executives' Club of Chicago. Eva Penar is a nonprofit leader who generates ideas, tells stories and curates content. An example of the impact of her work is the successful $1 Billion Capital campaign for The Chicago Community Trust in which she was responsible for the branding, messaging, and marketing of the effort to increase the endowment. She was instrumental in the launch of Time Out Chicago magazine and worked on the expansion at the National Museum of Mexican Art.
