Enrolling a group of two or more individuals from your organization for the online CCSP exam provides the benefits of a discount off standard fees as well as the convenience of a single payment for the entire group.

Once your group has all had a chance to read and study Managing Service Excellence, please proceed with exam enrollment by following the instructions below.

Certificates: CCSP certificates and lapel pins will be mailed to the address of the individual who registered the group.
