Train-the-Trainer Certification Program
Training instructors to deliver DCSP® or CCSP® certification programs
NCSA is pleased to offer trainer certification programs for developing both DCSP and CCSP facilitators. This program is ideal for Workforce Development Teams and any organizations with HRD (human resource development) programs that want to expand their educational offerings. Certifying your trainers to effectively deliver NCSA Certification programs assures that your customers, staff, or students are offered the most comprehensive and in-demand customer service skill set, backed by NCSA's 25 years of expertise, experience, and leadership in the discipline of customer service.

The packages below describe three levels of Train-the-Trainer certification options available.
All of the packages include the following:
- NCSA Certification Curriculum Licensing Agreement for 1 year
- Each trainer may become certified in either DCSP or CCSP
- Certified Trainer's Packet, including Facilitator's Guides, Participant's Guides, flash drive with DCSP or CCSP PowerPoint presentation including Facilitator's Notes
- Print copy of the certification study guide—Managing Service Excellence for CCSP or Maximizing Customer Loyalty for DCSP—for each trainer
- PDF (eBook) of the certification study guide for each student (1 PDF per student for the length of Agreement)
- Packages do not include certification exam fees for students. Students will be subject to the regular fee schedule, which can be found on the DCSP Certification and CCSP Certification pages.
- This agreement does not allow for the training of students from other organizations
PROGRAM LEVEL 1
- $4,750
- Includes 2-hour required Zoom session to learn necessary program structuring, review instructional guides, and address any participant questions or concerns
- Includes training, certification exam fees, and print copies of the certification study guide for up to 3 facilitators. Additional trainers may be added for an extra fee.
PROGRAM LEVEL 2
- $8,750
- Includes 1-day on-site training with NCSA facilitator to review content, structure your training program, review instructional guides, and address any participant questions or concerns
- NCSA facilitator travel is billed separately after training is complete
- Includes training, certification exam fees, and print copies of the certification study guide for up to 4 facilitators. Additional trainers may be added for an extra fee.
PROGRAM LEVEL 3
- $13,250
- Includes 2-day on-site training with NCSA facilitator to review content, structure your training program, review instructional guides, and address any participant questions or concerns
- NCSA facilitator travel is billed separately after training is complete
- Includes training, certification exam fees, and print copies of the certification study guide for up to 5 facilitators. Additional trainers may be added for an extra fee.
After the first year, pricing options for the Curriculum Licensing Agreement renewal for authorization to deliver NCSA certification programs are as follows:
- 1-year agreement: $2,500
- 3-year agreement: $6,500
- 5-year agreement: $9,500
