All-Stars Nominations

2023 NCSA Service All-Stars Nomination Guidelines

Now through December 31, 2022, the NCSA will be accepting online nominations for 2023 NCSA Service All-Stars.

Both NCSA Member Organizations and their employees, as well as non-members, are eligible to make nominations and to win awards. An individual, a team or an organization may be nominated for serving internal or external customers.

Each award recipient will receive a Certificate of Merit from the NCSA and will be featured on the NCSA website. You, your team or your business can be an NCSA Service All-Star!

Please review the guidelines before making a nomination.

 

You may nominate candidates for:

Service Individual of the Year
Presented to the individual who best exemplifies putting the customer first.
Service Team of the Year
Presented to the group or team that, through their collective actions, lives service excellence on a daily basis.
There are two awards in this category:
- 1 for an organization with fewer than 100 people
- 1 for an organization with greater than 100 people
Service Organization of the Year
Presented to the business or organization that consistently maintains a focused culture of service excellence.
There are two awards in this category:
- 1 for an organization with fewer than 100 people
- 1 for an organization with greater than 100 people
   

Award Guidelines

  • Please complete all applicable fields, and click the submit button when you are finished. Incomplete nomination forms cannot be saved.
  • Both NCSA Member Organizations and their employees, as well as non-members, are eligible to make nominations and to win awards.
  • Organizations of all types and sizes and their employees are eligible for nomination.
  • You may submit multiple nominations within a given category, but only one nomination per given person, team or organization.

Award Criteria

  • Nomination should demonstrate how the Individual, Team or Organization:
    • Goes above and beyond normal job / team duties.
    • “Lives” organizational mission / values.
    • Consistently provides excellent service.
  • Supporting statistics and / or examples will be helpful in the nomination evaluation process.
  • Please note that a well-written nomination does not necessarily equal a winner—substance is important.
