Highlighting Pampered Pet Grooming & Spa Staff
Within the past few days, I have had a couple of encounters that I want to share with you. My pet, Marley, is the most loving and lively (hyper) little dog. He is an integral part of our family. So, of course, finding the right people to care for his grooming and medical needs are at the top of our list. With that said, my dog groomer, Pampered Pet, is the best! The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. They know the dogs and their owners by name, so when we take Marley for a grooming appointment, it feels like we leave him with family. They already know Marley will bounce off the walls, and they love on him as much as he tries to love on them. If I cannot pick him up immediately, without any pressure, he is welcome to stay until someone can pick him up. When this happened last Saturday, I was relieved when I told them I was out of the area and couldn't pick him up for an hour. The response was simple: "No worries, we will see you when you get here."
The level of service is exceptional and consistent! Most importantly, all of Pampered Pet's four-legged clients appear to be happy with the service as well.
"Dogs leave paw prints forever on our hearts"; so has the staff at Pampered Pet. People need to hear when they are doing a superb job!
